How this tool works
A commissioning skyline puts every subsystem on the week of its planned RFC (Ready For Commissioning) milestone. Weeks run left to right, subsystems stack into towers, and a dashed line marks today. Anything left of that line that is not green is late; the wall ahead shows the load coming at the team.
Fill the template (one row per subsystem, keep the sheet name Skyline and the exact headers), then drop the file anywhere on this page. Parsing happens in your browser; nothing is uploaded. Statuses and the verdict line recompute from your data. Full documentation, the Power BI version and the source live in the GitHub repository.
